- Has it been more than 3 days since your bootcamp completed?
- Have you checked your spam folder?
- Have you checked your promotions tab?
- Are you using a company email?
- Most company emails have restrictions that filter/block our web proxy.
- If the answer is yes to questions 1-4, please provide us with an alternate email address (i.e. personal–gmail, yahoo, outlook, hotmail, etc.) that we can add to your profile to ensure you receive your certificate via email.
