Not receiving the homework emails?

1. Have you checked your spam folder?
2. Have you checked your promotions tab?
3. Are you using a company email?
   • Most company emails have restrictions that filter/block our web proxy.
4. If the answer is yes to questions 1-3, please provide us with an alternate email address (i.e. personal–gmail, yahoo, outlook, hotmail, etc.) that we can add to your profile to ensure you receive the homework emails.

How do I change my password in the learning portal?

You can reset your password by going to the login page of your learning portal here and clicking on “forgot your password” this will send you a password reset link to your email address.
